At Hidden Gambia holidays we take our responsibilities to you, our clients, very seriously. We have been trading for over ten years (over 15 years as Bird Safari Camp) and during this time we have always looked after your interests to the utmost of our ability as is demonstrated by our Gambia holiday reviews.

We are a UK registered company (No. 4459040), therefore your contract with us is bound by UK travel law and regulations. Our clients, however, come from all over the world. As we are a Gambian-based ground handling organisation and do not sell flights, we are not a member of "ATOL", the UK Civil Aviation Authority's Air Travel Organisers' Licencing scheme. Your holiday will therefore consist of two main components: 1) your flight and 2) your ground arrangements booked through us.

Important! Please ensure that whichever company you purchase your flights with is ATOL protected (or your country's equivalent, if you're booking from outside the UK). This guarantees your financial protection in the event of the airline going bust prior to your holiday and also ensures that you will be repatriated to your home country should your flight company fail whilst you are in The Gambia.

With regard to the rest of your holiday i.e. the collection of elements booked through us (accommodation, boats, vehicles, guides etc.) we are pleased to offer you our 100% money-back guarantee. This means that should your airline go into administration prior to your departure and you are unable to find alternative flights to The Gambia, we will give you a 100% refund of the money you have paid to us. In the unlikely event of us having to cancel your booking for whatever reason, we will first endeavour to find alternative arrangements for you. However, should these not be suitable to you, we will also offer a full 100% refund of the money you have paid to us.

Please note that although we are covered by our own Tour Operators & Travel Agents Liability Insurance (policy no. ETI/UK40161), this does not negate the need for you to take out your own individual travel insurance and we strongly recommend you to do this.
